Yesterday is Rafel's birthday, he is turning into 4, time is running so fast, I just felt yesterday I got caesarean and It has been 4 years agon. Yesterday I drop Ralfie in his school n directly to my pilates exercise, wow I can't believe it litle by litle I can do that exercise, you know what uuhhhh Pilates is the very very hard exercise that I ever had, coz we have to do that in high precition, but pilates is very useful, it can make our back becomes good and good also can help women's hormonal problem. After that I went to Tator (Coffee Shop) there is a litle part of the book (My parents in law anniversary book) then i went to Subur to print the book...........oh my God it was 13.15 already I have to pick up Ralfie from the school....see..... Time is running so fast
